Our HOA community is located in the Upper Valley of Beautiful El Paso Texas. Our mandatory homeowner's association is a non-profit organization, registered in Texas and New Mexico. Our goal is to provide our members with progressive leadership, community involvement, cultural, educational, recreational and social activities.
